A guide about gearbox spare parts by recond gearbox-
The clutch shaft is a shaft
that receives power from the engine to drive another shaft. There is only one
gear on the clutch shaft, and the motor rotates at the same speed as the
crankshaft. In addition, the drive shaft is in line with the main shaft.
The intermediate shaft is the shaft directly connected to the coupling shaft. It has a gear that connects it to the clutch shaft and main shaft. According to the transmission ratio, it can run at or below the engine speed.
3. Main shaft/output shaft -
A main shaft or output shaft that rotates at different speeds and provides the required torque to the vehicle at the same time. The output shaft is a spline shaft, so the gear or synchronizer can be moved to open or close it.
4. Bearings -
It requires bearings to support
rotating parts and reduce friction. The gearbox has a main shaft and a counter
carried by bearings.
Gears are used to transfer
power from one shaft to another. The torque transmitted through the gear
depends on the number of teeth and the size of the gear. The higher the gear
ratio, the higher the torque/acceleration and the lower the speed. All gears
except the main shaft gear are connected to their respective shafts; they can
slide in any direction along the axis.
The shift fork gear selector is
a simple device that uses a shift lever to activate the trigger mechanism. Has
been forged along the main shaft.
This is the simplest type of transmission. The gearbox uses spur gears. The figure shows the structure of three forward and one reverse slip gears. There are three gears (1, 6, 5) on the main shaft, and four gears (2, 3, 4, 7) on the intermediate shaft. The two main shaft gears (6, 5) can slide through the yoke and mesh with the gears (3, 4) on the intermediate shaft; therefore, it is called a slip clutch transmission. It is installed on the intermediate shaft.
Constant Gear Transmission -
The figure below shows the
structure of a constant gear transmission with three forward gears and one
reverse gear. For this type of transmission, all gears are always engaged, and
the clutch is a cam used to engage and disengage the gears. And D2) are
installed on the spindle. One (D2) is connected between the clutch gear and
reverse gear, and the other (D)) is connected between the slow gear and reverse
gear. Dog movement. The claw clutch can slide and rotate with the shaft. All
gears are firmly mounted on the intermediate shaft.
Synchronous transmissions use
synchronizers instead of dog clutches to affect shifting. According to their
speed rubbing contact, they gently click into place.
What is a transmission? The
gearbox, the so-called automatic gearbox, automatically assigns different
speeds. Usually, the driver selects the state of the vehicle as neutral,
forward or reverse. Click or tap the accelerator pedal. The automatic
transmission requires neither a shift lever nor a clutch pedal. Because the
clutch and gearbox are a combined unit that works automatically. The automatic
transmission has two working modes, namely.
Now with the help of recond gearbox about gearbox spare part, and
different types of transmissions.
